Donut Burgers One-half pound of thick juicy Certified Angus Beef, formed into a donut, and grilled on our open flame mesquite wood grill. Served on a toasted sourdough bun with lettuce, a slice of tomato, red onions, pickles, and our mustard-mayonnaise mix on the side. We use egg as a binder in all our burgers, just like Mom. We will cook burgers to specific temperature if requested. Lip Burnin' Burger $8.50 Spicy chipotle chilies and green onions are mixed into our one-half pound donut burgers. Topped with roasted green chilies. Slightly dangerous. With cheese: Mont Jack, Cheddar or Blue + $1.00 Death Burger $8.75 We take our Lip Burnin' Burger and add a layer of chopped fresh jalapeño chilies to push it over the edge. Really, really dangerous. Served with crisp iceberg lettuce and our spicy Pico de Gallo salsa. Poblano Green Chile Burger $9.00 We cover our chipotle donut burger with a Poblano Chile-Montery Jack Cheese sauce. Served with crisp corn tortilla strips, iceberg lettuce, and our spicy Pico de Gallo salsa. Taco Burger $9.25 Our one-half pound chipotle patty dusted with a blend of Mexican spices. Topped with guacamole, crisp tortilla strips and Cheddar cheese. Served open-faced, with lettuce and Pico de Gallo on a toasted sourdough bun. Sandwiches Sandwiches are served on toasted bread with lettuce, a slice of tomato, red onions, and pickles. All our bread spreads are on the side except for the Club and the Reuben. Cedarstacker Club Sandwich $7.50 We stack thinly sliced ham, Cheddar cheese, and bacon strips on one slice of Texas toast smeared with Creole mayonnaise, with thinly sliced smoked turkey, Monterrey Jack cheese, and a tomato slice on the other. It's broiled until the cheeses melt and the bacon sizzles, adding crisp lettuce at the end. Reuben Gone South Sandwich $7.50 Thinly sliced Peppered Turkey Pastrami layered on two slices of Creole Mayonnaise-slathered German Brown Bread, topped with sauerkraut, Monterey Jack Cheese, and our Fried Onion Strings; all run through our broiler until the cheese is hot and melted.
